A new twist on call charges. Orange UK are introducing a new charge of 20p a minute for forwarding calls to +44 079730, +44 078225 and +44 079875. But the charges are only for call forwarding - NOT for making calls to those numbers. Will that affect any of the Jersey calling card providers?
