Hi, i was quoted £1.25 per month for a France incoming number from Piranha Mobile (not on website you have to request cost) thats around $1.90, which is pretty good compared to the Worldsim cost of $4.23 per month. I dont know about the Netherlands but Piranha does come with a free US number.Hope this helps.
