I think that the content of the SMS is just the required USSD code :unsure:

Someone mentioned on the forum that ithis code may be sent in SMS (just like in Travelsim), if the roaming "hosting" operator blocks USSD codes. However, I don't remeber the number to which the SMS should be sent
No idea about 09 and UM USSD codes....
