Poor feedback from Worldsim -

In July 2014 i paid full fare to get a Worldsim service with free of charge delivery. The package was not delivered as promised and an attempt to deliver it was made after we left the address for a long vacation. I have contacted the service provider and they asked me to pay for delivery and a new address and they will reship. Since this is no longer acceptable to me (I left my US address) I asked for a refund. I have not heard back from Worlsim since then. I found that this may be a window for me to voice out my dissatisfaction and frustration. Thanks.
