Hop uses the roaming agreements of a Ghanan network that is why it has very good coverage in Africa.
Another option would be 09 which appears to cover all these countries and has free incoming!
I have not used it in them so I can not be sure if it works or not.
Before you decide on 09 have a look at other posts about it and some issues they are having
