There is a column title "Incoming & outgoing roaming fee" with many "free" example but you cwertainly won't say that also outgoing calls are free  . I think that they mean that there "basic rate" is 89 cents/min for incoming and outgoing to US/Canada and "roaming fee" is any surcharge on top of those 89 cents...  |
Looking at the rate calculator from Belgium to France was .89 each way. Where is the free incoming. Just a thought.
