Default Austria: Telering network being shut down as customers are being moved to T-Mobile - 16-01-2007, 11:29

While I'm at it: there are few but important news about Austria.

Telering has been sold to T-Mobile in 2005 and last year the company was integrated with its new owner. In August 2006 the Telering 3G network was shut down, in December national roaming was enabled, allowing Telering customers to use start using the T-Mobile network while their own one nis beginning to be dismantled. Telering is now gradually degraded to a MVNO, at least the tariffs have stayed the same so far.

Schwarzfunk doesn't seem to be marketed anymore, at least I can't find any information about the Austrian offer anymore.
