Thanks for the quick response...I thought the surcharge was a one-time fee, but per Telestial's website, one of the footnotes (the one below
** Service in Japan...) states the following:
"
There is a $0.35 USD per minute surcharge when you make a call to a cell phone (does not apply when calling to a US or Canadian cell phone)."
Any thoughts?
