Hi Wolf,

I've never seen Bulgarian SIMs to be sold online. Even if you find a seller don't buy it!

Since January, 1st 2010 there's a legal requirement to register SIMs in Bulgaria. You must show up personally at a shop of the corresponding operator with your SIM card and prove your identity with an official ID.

There is no alternative for registering SIMs, especially not from abroad.

SIMs that are not registered until January 31st will be blocked automatically from February 1st and can only be reactivated if you catch up on registering within the validity period of your SIM's credit (usually 12 months after last recharge).

So if you need a Bulgarian SIM, buy it there at an official shop or at a distributor.
