Yes, I considered just the "close East", not Europe's "far East"!
Slovakia has just 2 networks, and they are T-Mobile and Orange, no space for Vodafone, but surely Poland is the biggest market, and with much growing possibilities, so it's surely a good opportunity for Vodafone. I fear it will become the classic trio: Orange, T-Mobile, Vodafone, sooner or later. They also miss some former Yugoslavian countries and Ukraine (Voda has deals in the Baltic republics, with Bite and Elisa).
