The above offer appears to be from a reseller and not an MVNO.
So new, there is really no track record to establish whether this is an authentic and real offer. That is, do the cell companies know what this guy is doing?
So be advised that this might not be as good as it seems and might disappear in a day. If it is still around in a few months, it might be an option.
