Thanks for your offer to test data roaming, but except for using USSD-based recharging I would never consider using an Mtel SIM abroad at these tariffs.

Google Translate wouldn't work as it can't handle Bulgarian input transliterated to the Latin alphabet, but as Bulgarian is my second mother tongue I can help:
