i recharged directly from the entry page

but i found now the problem
you have to call this webpage when connected threw the tre.it APN.
only than you can reach the site.
so as i am now in germany, i logged into the tre.it apn and called the url which i received by sms from tre and now i got my credits. (it costs me 71cents to call the page
)
by the way, very funny, my card which i bought from ebay is registered to a chinese guy...
