I am traveling to France , first brief stay Paris , then to Cannes for majority of 10 day stay. I will need to call my office multiple times per day and my offfice may need to call me . I also need internet access for interacting with my office. Is there anything like an unlimited internet access , fixed charge, similar to my Sprint Wirelsss card or Hot spot? For the phone , what is available?

I have a Sprint Android EVO and I am told by Sprint the phone will not work in France. So I am looking for both rental phone and rental wireless internet card for my laptop while in France .
