I may be wrong, but I do not think they give you a true dual SIM with two of your own numbers; one being a U.S. number. When they say you are "Supplied with a US number", I think it's just a U.S. toll free number that friends can call to reach you rather than calling you on your Estonia number. They charge an extra 35 cents if you are called on this toll free number. A number of SIM companies had this before the dual SIM's came out.

With your own U.S. number, you can use the phone even in the U.S. at reasonable rates and get text messages sent to the U.S. number.
