Yes, I confirm that, but in general, they are by far more reliable.
I have been exploring lots of cards and I still consider the best four these:
Lemonsim (two numbers)
Travelsim
Airbalticcard (you can chose your own cli)
Tellink (excellent for European destinations and for some outside Europe).
The other providers have conditions so complicated that a degree in law and communications doesn't suffice.
