Though € 15 for 500 MB, 60mins of calls to Europe and 500 SMS with a validity of 10 days is not particularly cheap I would say. But the real rip-off is that Internet access will be blocked rather than throttled once those 500MB have been eaten up and further to that tethering is forbidden.
I cannot find any specfic information about validity of the SIM card itself, but I guess it will also be subject to quicky expiry.
I for my part will stay with Joe mobile.
