A friend of mine is moving to Senegal for 6 months, he is a frequent traveller, he own a geosim and a travelsim but both don't work in Senegal.
I suggested him to buy a local SIM but in Senegal there are only two operators, Orange and Tigo, he has got a PBX to divert all his calls and to use VoIP where possible.
Do you know which operator has the best coverage? They offer similar rates but probably he will use a VoIP callback to make international calls.
Do you know if any of them offer a data coverage? A gprs probably is enough, he needs it to send sms through a symbian application that uses a UDP connection, so just a KB per session.
