www.voipcheap.com seems to offer the best rates to a liechtenstein mobile number. It is 6.5 pence per minute!!!! The generally have the cheapest voip rates around to anwhere.
Only problem is - to a liech mobile it takes a while to connect ... and can be a little unreliable, though I have noticed in the last 2 months an improvement. Perhaps more of us need to test it, and get onto voipcheap.
I cant believe the price to be honest ... wouldnt be suprised f it was a mistake
