Digicel has solid GSM coverage on Bermuda. You can get just the prepaid sim card and a few refill cards(or you can buy a phone/sim card kit). There are 2 dealers listed on their website in St. Georges that would should have the sim card: All Talk and Caffe Latte (both on York Street). Many other dealers in St. Georges that just have the refill cards. Digicel is a chain that's present throughout the Caribbean and now on some Pacific islands. You can also refill your Digicel Bermuda card using a credit card on their Webflex system (minimum of $10 every 30 days), you can sign up for webtext to manage SMS online, and all their sim cards are preprovisioned for international roaming (reasonable rates on Caribbean islands; expensive in the US).
