Like all these companies though it's hard to know how much is a genuine offer, and how much is an error on the website.

Free incoming in Mexico is also very interesting. I don't think there's been any other non-Mexican card with free incoming in Mexico since the days of O9 Iceland.

And the website does seem to be still under construction (English mostly missing, shop missing) so they might change anything before (and after...) they actually launch.

Rates to San Marino mobile look good (currently!) from many carriers, such as under US 4c/min from Callcentric, Callwithus, EU 3c/min or less from most Betamax clones (Localphone though is 25c/min).

Hi I have a Hoptel sim card.
Free incoming to Usa is real.
My friend go to Usa and this sim +378 from SMT San Marino Telecom has
free incoming to Usa and many countries.
I have bought this sim writing an email to assistenza@hoptel.net
The web site is currently on work and is incomplete.
The Betamax clones don't call number +37866xxxxxx.
