Did you take a look at TelnaMobile? There is a thread here regarding it.

I looked into the Telestial dual SIM but the rates (from France at least) were not that attractive.
I was wondering about the service and call quality of GoSIM. With some of the 'big boys' going out of business I'm a little wary of everyone.
