Exactly, our current government is composed of "catholic socialists" and populists who don't like private property too much (unless their own, of course) :P.
After all, Railway Telecom isn't a bad choice. It has good optic fibre infrastructure along railway tracks countrywide and its competetitors weren't very attractive for the regulator. Orange is strong enough
and Dialog Telecom is basically a regional landline operator with no countrywide infrastructure (AFAIK at least).
Moreover, I heard that Railway Telecom is to build a GSM-R network (whatever it is
)
and for that purpose it has already a numbering range 666 6xx xxx (very nice, I think :devil: )
