I see - you mean a Polish "regular" landline access number for a Polish calling card, not 0800 or 00800.... That's OK but I'm afraid there's no Polish cards with regular rates to anywhere as low as 5 eurocents/min
. But of course, you're right - the 99 cents/min can be easily avoided (even many foreign mobile phones can be reached via Polish calling cards at 40-50 cents/min)
