San Marino, in fact, has to test their news prefixes before the commercial launch (see the national "Delibera" no. 79 29th May 2006 called "Pre-assegnazione frequenze e archi di numerazione in fase sperimentale": http://delibere.interni.segreteria.sm/mese...next&RELOAD=Yes )

The only RSM prefix is +378 and it's used ONLY for landlines while TMS is using a Tim business prefix with italian international code (+39.335.733/4.xxx) :P
