As we already explained you we didn't cheat you, I though you already understood that.
Even so we've agreed to verify more carefully your situation and at the moment we are analysing your complaint, now you just have to wait for our contact.

If you are posting this comment to blackmail or push us to give you a refund you are completely wrong, this method will never work.

If you want to keep discussing your issue with us in a civilized manner we will be happy to do it, if you don't you won't be welcome as our customer any-more.
