You mean there is Lumia supporting LTE for both SIM slots simultaneously? Actually I have never seen that on any phone before.

As of LTE-capable DualSIM Android phones, I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S5 DuoS (SM-G900FD) which however does only support American LTE frequencies highlighted below: 800/850/900/1800/1900/2100/2600
As the 850MHz band (LTE band 5) is only used by US Cellular in some regions, there are only few 1900MHz networks left that would be compatible.

Despite there are numerous LTE-capbale DualSIM phones I fear the choice for Americans is very limited as most phones are designed for Asia and Europe and hence lack frequency band support for most of the Americas.

terminals: Samsung: Galaxy S5 DuoS (G900FD); BLU: Win HD LTE; Nokia: 1200; Asus: Fonepad 7 ME372CG; Huawei data: E3372, Vodafone R201, K3765, E1762;
postpaid: O2 on Business XL; prepaid: DE: Aldi Talk, Lidl; UK: 3; BG: MTel, vivacom; RU: MTS; RS: MTS; UAE: du Tourist SIM; INT'L: toggle mobile
