CBW used to work for me with my TravelSim card, but it doesn't anymore. However, Enlinea Mango has been working well. It's a somewhat higher rate (I think 26cpm back to the US), but at least it works!

Callback is working like a charm for me with Enlinea. I abandoned CBW for callback for it because it completely stopped working with my TravelSim card.
