I had a similar problem. I got my card in the mail but the pin, puk and phone number on the breakout portion of the sim weren't valid. I tried multiple times to contact them but no response. ...

Thank you that worked. I don't know if all sim cards come mounted on a plastic card about the size of a credit card, mine did. To the left of the sim it has a UK ID, PIN and PUK and obviously now...
