Best mobile internet in Podgora Croatia ?

for my holidays in Podgora Croatia i need a mobile internet sim card , what is the best solution and speed in this area ?
My Huawei B260A 3G Router is limited to 7.2 Mbps ...

Just looking at websites, it appears that T-Mobile has 21 Mbps 3G service there. They also have a WiFi hotspot at the Hotel Minerva. They have 2, 7 & 25 GB/month plans at about 10, 18 and 29 Euros per month. It was kind of hard to dig out the information about HotSpot usage. You buy vouchers by credit card for 1 hour or 24 hours for ~0.65c or ~10 Euro, which seems rather expensive to me. It appears that free HotSpot usage is included in the mobile data plan. All this may be wrong as I'm relying on Google to translate what isn't obvious. I have not yet checked the other carriers.

However, if you happened to be staying in the Hotel Minerva, or very nearby, you could use the Hotspot when there and reduce the cost of the data plan. It seemed strange to me that the 24-hour Hotspot pass was ~10 Euro but a minimal one-month data plan was ~10 Euro and included Hotspot access for the full month. I hope I understood the plans correctly.
