Any way to add name to Caller ID display when calling people from T-Mobile prepaid?

When I call a landline from a landline in the US, the receiving party sees my name displayed on the Caller ID along with the number. From a TMO prepaid phone, either only the number is shown or a generic description such as "CELL PHONE 212". The phone is as registered as it can be - they have all my details. Is there any way to add the name so it will display?

Just discovered the following explanation about alphanumeric callerIDs on Wikipedia:

So you can't do anything to make your name appear with the called party. It all depends on the called party's phone company which must have access to the caller's phone company database in order to get names for each number.

It also matters what the database has for a number. On prepaid it may not have the same database as monthly contract subscribers. If that's the case all you'll get when a T-Mobile prepaid calls is the identification "cellular caller (name of operator.)
