After coop, another italian coop supermarkets launchs it's operator: conad insim ( http://www.conad.it/portal/public/insim.jsp ).
Based on vodafone networks, at the moment only voice and sms are avaible.
Charges:
set-up fee: 12 €/cent
calls to conad and fixed line: 6 €/cent per minute
calls to other operator:12 €/cent per minute
sms: 12 €/cent
billing: 60/60

This tariff is cheap only for calls to conad and landlines numbers
