(Spain) Call/sms 1 Vodafone nr

My friend has a postpaid company phone from Vodafone. I don't :(

I'm looking for the cheapest rates to call and sms to a Vodafone number within Spain.
Offcourse I've been searching around and find a lot of savings plans such as a2, Qtal, Mi Famalia etc. All these plans offers a great discount to call to 1 Vodafone number.
Honestly I can't find the best one due the large amount of options.:???:

So, with wich prepaid tariff plan can I call and sms the cheapest to a spanish Vodafone number? I also want to make several calls to fixed lines in Spain.
This rate must also be not to high.

Simyo ES is also rather cheap when calling between Simyo customers.
But no doubt that Vodafone is cheaper in this case.

You can use a Vodafone Spain SIM and activate a 90x1 plan.

Vodafone: Tarifa plana de Voz 90X1

This means you pay only the 1st minute and can talk up to 90 minutes free.
As far as I know this is not valid for SMS too in contradiction to VF offers in other countries.

This makes sense for long duration calls.

In general www.blau.es is not bad. 1 minute and 1 SMS is 9,28 VAT incl. to any network. You can buy it at The Phonehouse.
Recharging of nearly all spanish prepaid SIMs is possible at CORREOS, the spanish post offices.

thanks for the quick reply.

But i look for the best option in prepaid. As far i see the option you mention is only for contract.

Have you considered this: Vodafone: Tarifa Plana Mini 24 horas
It gives 350mins a month of calls to Vodafone and unlimited calls to landlines for around 20 euros per month.

Generally speaking all the prepaid plans from the main network operators here (Movistar, Vodafone, Orange) are rather poor value for money. There are good options for people who make a lot of long calls, (like the 90x1 as mentioned) but if you make many short calls, these are often not very good, as the cost of the first minute is expensive.

Even for calling within network, you are often better getting one of the many prepaid plans from the discounters like Blau, Simyo, yoigo, Masmovil etc. The cheapest rates are 8c (exc. IVA). Just watch out for connection charge cost, and if there is a min monthly spend requirement.

Do not buy a single VF prepaid SIM, buy a bundle with a handset, they're cheap!
