German multi-lin store chain Schlecker launches new Prepaid SIM in D-2 network.

Varying discounts are offered on refill cards, up to 40% -- ie. a 50 euro refill for 30 euros. 10 euro refill for 8 euros. Offer may be limited time (not clear).

General pricing BEFORE discounts:

Internal (Schlecker phones) 1 e-cent
Land and other mobiles 25 e-cents
SMS 19 e-cents

Registration seems to be more rigorous tham Aldi-talk
