WIND Sim Card Activation
Hey guys.
So I recently got a WIND prepaid (rechargable?) plan. I put in 30euros and opted for this "promotion?" that was ending May 18th with Data (and some int'l calling). I did this on May 13th and I asked the guy to activate it for me on the 17th because I needed it for one month till June 16th.. And I was just wondering what I should do now because it's not activated. I tried *123# and i get an error message that says "non attivo". Im using a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3. Please advise! Thanks, D. |
*123# is to check the credit.
You should know which option you asked to activate in order to understand something more... Can you see the activation SMS you sent? |
