Good Prepaid Data Option for France?
 

I have a friend who is renting a place in the South of France next June. I was looking for an option for him for very light tethering. E-mail and very light web browsing. He would easily stay under the data limits of the UK stuff discussed elsewhere, (e.g. Walk-n-Web, etc).

Is there any option like that for France?
