You have to call the short number 066.. you'll pay for that call, but it's the only way...

Hmm, when I gought my Riiing in may, I asked Customer Support via e-mail to turn off all the diverts to VM. And, in fact, they removed diverts "when unavailable" and "when non-answered" but left "when busy"....
