Uk network for voip calls

which UK networks allow voip calls when using data through their mobile networks?

I've done VOIP calls on Orange, cannot recall if I used Skype or Acrobits...

Skype on 3 uses a callthrough system via an access number, with only modest data use for presence and so on, rather than directly passing VoIP calls as data

I don't know, as I haven't explored this much.

I've made inadvertent calls a couple of years ago using data on O2, the first time using Fring before I'd explored its settings, and it switched to mobile data without me noticing after not connecting to an exhibition hall wifi for a while
