Samsung t339 and T-mobile prepaid

I want to get a Samsung t399, which is a phone that can make calls over a wi-fi network, and put a T-mobile prepaid sim card in it. If I have a prepaid sim card in it, will I still be able to make calls over my home wi-fi network? Thanks in advance.

Yes. you can make calls with a tmobile prepaid sim in it, over any wifi network that you can connect to.
