Reliable dual sim phone?

Hi. Can anyone recommend a good quality reliable 900 / 1800 phone with two sims, both active at the same time? Most of those on offer (eg on ebay) appear to be Chinese imports that look and seem cheap and tacky, and also seem to frequently be faulty and have poor reliability. Thanks!
