It appears to have a required monthly top-up to get a 20 Euro price?

And it counts by time rather than the amount of data downloaded?

Can someone explain if it's prepaid, postpaid or prepaid with required monthly top-up?

Any idea if it's compatible with Macs?

Are there similar offers which include the USB dongle for a low price from other carriers in Italy?

ARe the USB dongles unlocked and capable of receiving all 3G or UMTS or HSPA/HSDPA frequencies anywhere? Or just for the specific network of the carrier offering the deal?

There are several offers billed both per KB and per time.

Usb dongles in Italy are usually unlocked (except the ones from "3"), but they could be uncompatible with American frequencies. You have to carefully check the details of the dongle.

Thanks. So for 20 Euro, you can either have 1 GB or 100 hours worth of use?
