why do callbackworld want by Credit Card issuer phone number? What do they do with this?
No-one has ever asked for this information before

If you have the credit card, you have the information handy. If you stole the card info, you might not know the issuing bank, or the customer service number.

AFAIR, I didn't have to provide the bank's phone number to CBW.

BTW, I think that CBW/Enlinea/VoIP/calling cards such not-strictly-mobile issues should be discussed in "Other technologies" section, not here :umm:
