Default What int. prepaycard should I choose ? - 21-02-2012, 20:29

Hi

I want to buy an international prepay card. I've seen on this website several int. cards, but the decision is not easy.

The card should:
- Have a U.S. area code 001 (I am resident in Switzerland) or a double area code U.S. and UK
- Card validity: unlimited or 12 month expiry
- No roaming in countries like Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany
- Possibility to choose a phone number

What serious company and int.simcard do you recomand me ?

Thanks a lot

What it seems like you're asking for is a card without a premium for calling to and no charges for receiving incoming calls. Don't hold your breath. Someone has to pay the bills. A phone with a US number will have to charge you for receiving calls. SIMS with some European numbers also have a high premium attached to those numbers to support "free" roaming.

Well, ok...there is no US Card that matches my criteria.

And is there a card matching the following criteria ?

The card should:
- Card validity: unlimited or 12 month expiry
- No roaming for incoming calls to Switzerland and Italy

Thans for the reply !

You can consider buying a Rebelfone international sim card. Since you want free incoming in European countries like France, its better that you buy an international sim card instead of taking a US number. The coverage is in more than 225 countries and you enjoy free incoming calls in 75 countries. Both the service as well as connectivity is good. The delivery is in advance of your trip and the phone number is available instantly
The charging of call is simple & accurate and you can keep the sim card and recharge it as and when you feel like, making the recharge process easy.
