Best International Card for Turkey?

Hi,
I'm moving to Turkey and i need a good sim card for receiving calls in Turkey land.
I had Travelsim (estonian prefix), but was long time ago and i do not know at the present time what is the best to receive calls from Italy.

Receiving calls any local Turkish SIM should work since you don't pay to receive incoming calls while you're in Turkey.
