I am afraid not, the overall service is poor and not fit for purpose at all, I Couldn't care less if the credit expires or not, the point is their simcard did not work at all and their customer service is so poor... ![]() These guys are either not trained or don't give a damn about customer care and those who use their dodgy network... ![]() Regards | |

Country: | Except for Corporate Accounts where there is no expiration, the balance expires 10 months from your last recharge. The balance will continue to rollover as long as you recharge once every 10 months and we send out notifications when the expiration period is approaching. In this customer's case, they received a free $10 balance on their free SIM card and never used it so it simply expired 10 months later. |

Country: | Hi All, Recently one of my OneSimCard PEN numbers was changed by the OneSimCard staff without my consent and wish! I don't think it's normal. May be I am wrong. Could anybody please share their similar stories? I am using OneSimCard services for business purposes and I placed one of my PEN numbers online on my website and then within some time I received an "apology" letter notifying me about my PEN number change! Here is the text: Re: Ticket xxxxx, Responded Dear Vitaliy A new message has been added to the service request #43219. Hello Vitaliy, We truly apologize, but we updated your Israeli PEN to a new number that you can now access in your account: xxxxxxxxxxxxx. We apologize, however your old Israeli PEN will no longer be active. Thank you, OneSimCard Support |

Country: | You'll probably be better off contacting them directly for an explanation. I have used them in The past, and in my opinion, compared to a lot of similar companies that just cancel your sim card and disappear with your credit without an explanation, they seem to be quite stable. Quote:
