Yeah. It's weird that the carriers here charge for incoming SMS. Not an issue for most though, since they have unlimited SMS packages. Also, incoming SMS while roaming comes out of the SMS plan. Hence, it's pretty much free for those with SMS packages yo receive SMS, roaming or not.


Phones: Iphone4, HTC Inspire, Nokia E63, BB Curve 8310
Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), Tmobile USA, Virgin UK, TelnaMobile, Ekit

Default Local HELP? - 21-02-2011, 16:31

So another reason I thought this product was great is I could call up from anywhere in the world and get help from english people with any queries I have. I'm sad to learn that we are losing yet another call centre to overseas why is the customer service team being shipped elsewhere?
