My UM account is Frozen

Hi... I need your help

because I just figured out my account state is set on "Frozen"!
What does it mean? Do I have to top up?
I tried to use the SIM card, and outgoing SMSs/calls+incoming calls don't work. I can only receive SMSs.

I'd like to keep this number active... thank you for your support!

Either you haven't used it for a while (maybe 9 months?), or the balance is below €1, or some other problem ...... call them and ask
