Country: | Here is the answer from Travelsim, looks like they changed policy without notification. This is totally unfair for travelsim customers, and especialy for me this is blackmailing. From this moment i will stop using their services and i do not recommend to use Travelsim. And i think that this have direct connection with financial crysis in Estonia. "Dear Customer Your sim card was blocked due to low activity on travelsimshop.com website. You recharge your card 372XXXXXXXX online over 18 months ago Due to long inactivity your balance 38 euro has expired. If you want to keep your number working you must recharge your card at least once a year (even with the smallest available amount) We unblock your number but to keep it working it need to be recharged within 7 working days otherwise it will be automaticly blocked again. After you decide to keep your number we will be able to refund your previous balance. Please let us know after you will topup your card within next days." |

Country: | Dear TravelSIM - friends! We see a some postings about blocked SIM Cards. The reason as you know is that TravelSIM Card expires 24 months after the last topup. We have a lot of customers who are using the SIM Cards only one time or customers who are using other solutions then. Normally prepaid SIM cards have an expiration time of 1 year - TravelSIM hast 2 years after the last recharge. We have to do this also to recycle phone numbers of unused SIM cards. Please if you notice that your SIM card is blocked and you still want to use it, please send an email to support@travelsimshop.com together with your phone-number and ask to reactivate your SIM card, we will do our best to reactivate the SIM card for your use again. We can ensure that there are no crises with TravelSIM, our product is healthy and we try to support as good as we can. Thanks a lot for your attention, Your TravelSIMshop.com Team |
