Country: | After top up with 10 kn voucher, validity will be prolonged for 10 days, 20 kn 20 days, 40 kn 40 days, 80 kn 80 days and 160 kn 360 days. After this active period follows inactive period of 90 days (receiving calls and SMS only), and after this 90 days account will be erased, and amount on it lost. |

Country: | Thanks for your help, Zvoneb. These are the settings technical support gave me but I could not get any results. The phone was showing data symbols but no data was forthcoming. I cannot make calls or send sms either. The only sms I have received have been from BonBon but they are naturally in Croatian and I don,t understand any of them. I think I might buy a SIM from T-Mob, VIP or Tele2 because at least they have shops I can visit where they can make sure it all works! EDIT: BonBon support have sorted it. Seems I just needed to make a call and all was well ![]() |
