Cheapest Norweigan prepaid offer?

Hi, I need to know which Prepaid Norweigan SIM card to go with for cheap, short, local calls to Norweigan mobiles. Is it Telenor? note: I'm planning on entering Finland, or possibly Sweden after Norway so If I can roll-over any unused minutes that would be good. Thanks.

Here http://www.prepaidgsm.net/en/norway.html you can find interesting informations. Telenor is quite good as some mnvo like Tele2 or Chess. But if you want to go to other countries i think it would be better to have an international sim
